The Process facilitator is the person who actually designs the Smart house for the client. They perform a number of significant roles within this process, which are detailed as follows:

Initially, they are required to liaise with the main management and carers and undertake an assessment of the client (or end-user), in order to determine the needs all parties.

Having undertaken an initial assessment, the process facilitator uses CUSTODIAN to develop a first draft smart home design that specifically meets the needs of the client and the management and carers.

The Process Facilitator liaises with the Engineers and Installers of the system as well as the end users and management to ensure that the overall design is ideal.

The installer installs the system in the house and the Process Facilitator ensures that the system set-up is correct.
