If you wish to become a professional (chartered) engineer you should study on the BEng(Hons) programme. It has two variants:

If you wish to become a technician (incorporated) engineer, the HND/BSc in Mechanical Engineering is available. This course is attended full-time as a day course or part-time in the evenings.

Our Undergraduate courses are recognised and accredited by the relevant Professional Bodies.

The School has a healthy and developing portfolio of research projects and consultancy interests, which maintain its industrial profile and interests in the well established and emerging technologies.

Facitities within the School include a combination of well furnished and equipped engineering laboratories, computer suites and general applications areas.
