Neil Henderson:
PhotoShop/pen/paint/masking tape

The basis for this project was aimed at giving Gray’s artists, designers, illustrators and doodlers the opportunity to promote their work online. A number of students immediately showed real enthusiasm for this project and Neil hoped that the site would build on the Art School’s community spirit.

He demonstrated an understanding of the brief and was able to explain his intentions whilst quickly identifying the requirements of the contributors, using their feedback to develop his concepts.

Neil acknowledged the importance of time management early on and was professional in his approach and organisation, establishing positive working relationships amongst his peers. 

The project gives emphasis to the Grays studio-based educational philosophy that is idea-driven, socially engaged and professionally focused. Neil’s own illustrations show real flair and the venture has produced a lively site which is worthy of his portfolio.
