Statement
:
My work has been inspired by man’s battle with nature to control his environment.   By overlaying his own geometry on the rural landscape through architecture, land enclosure, and road net works, man has produced a hotchpotch of vital colours, shapes and patterning.Nature’s retaliation, through climatic and elemental forces, leaves abandoned, derelict and dilapidated buildings, rotting and rusting with faded and bleached paintwork, adding texture and a richness to mans rural patchwork.
