Statement: My work is about the placement of colour and how they react to each other. I have chosen flower forms as my subject matter. I have simplified and distorted the forms. I chose colour as my main criteria because colour can provoke different feelings and emotions to people and can also bring back memories and feelings to certain situations in their lives. Colour is everywhere we look and without colour the world would be a very dull and boring place.
