Title:
Nervous Habits - Mild OCD

Statement:
Sufferers of OCD become brain-locked into ritualistic behaviours and thought patterns, such as, repeatedly checking a door has been locked, or compulsively washing their hands.  In severe cases, sufferers feel they can’t even leave their homes, this is where professional therapy is essential. ’Copem’ will focus on the milder symptoms of OCD, which the majority of people can relate to, it does not aim to cure the problem but will act as a coping mechanism in assisting the sufferer in trying to overcome their problem and, dependant upon the severity, prevent it from escalating. In order for sufferers of OCD to feel that they can combat their disorder, they need to be able to cope with ‘em: they need ‘Copem’.
