Project Title: Communicating Company Values
Project Statement:
The aim of this project has been to create a training product for Total Solutions Company Petrofac, to help communicate their company values and messages to employees without them feeling lectured, encouraging them to remember and live by these values.
The product which has been developed is one with which the employee would interact whilst training. Once training was complete, the product would be kept by the employee and would act as a memory stimulant in relation to the company’s set values. |
