Presentation Schedule: Please check the provisional conference programme for listings of each track. Click on the track to see the list of papers and note the timing of your own presentation.
Timing of sessions: Paper presentations will take place during parallel sessions. Delegates have 15 minutes for presentation and 5 minutes for discussion. The session chairs will act as timekeepers and manage the question and answer sessions.
Presentation equipment: Each conference room is equipped with a PC with standard software and fixed data projector. Most rooms also have whiteboards for presenters use. Please save your PowerPoint presentation either on a memory stick or a CD. It is requested that presenters use the in-situ equipment rather than using their own laptops. You are asked to attend 5 minutes before the start time of the session to load your presentation. Any special requests for equipment should be addressed to firstname.lastname@example.org.
